Backerkit Surveys are Coming!

Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like.
You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
A few backers will receive the survey first and this is called a "smoke test", to ensure the survey process is easy and smooth before it is sent to the rest! After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://ita-mals-backpacks.backerkit.com.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account.
If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https:// ita-mals-backpacks.backerkit.com/faq.
Special note: Fig Protoypes are done! We are confirmed with the factory and the colors on Fig are purple, not pink. They seem to just be poorly lit photos. We have thought about switching the wing insides and neck poofs to the dark purple on the ear. What do you think?

Thank you for making our project a reality! A few things need to happen before we can kick off production and fulfillment.
Here's a quick rundown:
First, Kickstarter needs to transfer over the funds so we have the money to make the rewards (this can take up to two weeks).
Second, we have to find out what bags and pins you would like and where we need to ship them. We’ll send out a BackerKit survey to collect this information.
We’ll give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.

f you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)
If you prefer, you can contact me directly and give me your information, but answering your survey help us get your rewards out to you faster. We prefer that you answer your questions through here so it will make it 10 times easier for everyone involved! BackerKit helps us save lots of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organization, and providing us with pledge management software to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments.

Prototypes

Hey everyone, check out a picture of all the prototypes together (we are only missing Fig ) with some fun set ups!
We are confirming with the manufacturer that Mew and Wilde have the off-white insert that Ron and Star have, and they will have it for the large production.
Please keep in mind that the surveys sent through backerkit will have an option to add-on a insert of many different colors to keep the bags lasting longer , make it easier to switch pins in and out, or switch inserts! They will be a 6$ add-on.

We reached 23k, which means we reached the free Ron and Star pin for bag only backers! If you’re a pin backer and interested in the pin, it will be available as an add-on with the survey that’s sent out through Backerkit!
