Hey everyone! We have received a notice that the bags are arriving by the end of the day tomorrow. We have most of the boxes prepped and ready to go with pins and labels. We will be packing as many boxes as possible tomorrow and Tuesday to send off then. We are heading to a convention on Wednesday, so the latest the bags will go out is by next Wednesday, but we will hopefully have as many out as possible before we leave! Thanks everyone for your patience through the holiday delays :)
Hey everyone! We have been getting a lot of emails/social media questions so we want to clarify a couple things.
We are still waiting on UPS to pick up the bags from the customs place in Cali, they made it through customs on the 20th and the manufacturer stated it has been delayed because of the holidays. I was told they should be picking up the bags today or tomorrow, which means they should be here latest early next week.
For those who have gotten Stamps emails with tracking info from either "ita-mals" or "lexi holmes" yes thats me, and yes it has not been sent yet! I have over 300 packages prepped and ready to go once the bags arrive, waiting to print them all till the bags would have taken a lot more time, and they havent gotten here is why they havent been in transit yet.
Sorry for the confusion and hopefully this clears things up. We WILL be posting a kickstarter update once they are here and starting to be shipped out.

I just got notification that the last three bags have just cleared customs and we are waiting on UPS to pick them up. We assume with the holidays that theyll be delievered after christmas. We are starting to print and prepare orders tonight, so you will be receiving a stamps email with tracking information for all remaining bag orders within the next few days.
Please be patient as they will not be shipping right when you recieve the email, we just want to be as prepared to ship them as fast as possible once they are here.

We had a sudden update, a suprise that they cleared customs super fast and will be here tomorrow! We are now prepping the orders through stamps and getting them ready to ship. I have a shipment of boxes getting in wednesday so most orders will be dropped off then/thursday. A few will go out before then for Howl, Lily, Mew and Sakura. We will work as fast as we can to get them out to have them for christmas!
With how fast these went, thats good news for toffee, wilde, and Fig that hopefully they will be here next week!
